Tam Le has over 10 years of experience either leading projects and events, or being part of the project management team. 

Tam Le has over 7 years of Affordable Housing Project Coordination and Management: she’s project managed or worked on 50 funding applications and escrow closings throughout California, with budgets ranging from $12 million to $115 million. She enjoys the team aspect of collaborating with banks, cities, housing authorities and large development non-profits on various projects.

In addition to project management experience, she’s been a project coordinator for a solar company with some high-profile commercial projects, managed a large non-profit program, and has held leadership positions in numerous non-profits.

She has planned and managed large events and small events. The large events include two masquerade fundraisers and one annual large fundraiser for a local affordable housing developer, all drawing hundreds of attendees.

Since June 2021, She’s been a Project Management Consultant for Chicostart, an incubator for start-ups, helping to manage the Butte Regional Innovation Cluster (BRIC) Resilience and Recovery Project, an innovation, economic, and jobs development program targeting California’s Far North region.  Recently, she’s also helping manage their iHUB2 Grant.

Tam has over 10 years of non-profit management or non-profit board experience – leading such non-profits such as an adult day center, and Inspire School of Arts and Sciences Foundation, to raise capital campaign funds to build a new school.

When not working, she can be found traveling, painting, or hanging out with her animals.
